MMMMMmmmmmm. Cookie Dough met Cheesecake and these little morsels of numminess are the result.

Cream together:

• 1 C Kerrygold butter

• 1 C softened cream cheese

Add:

• 1 C Kirkland Nut Butter

• 1/4 C Swerve confectioners sugar substitute

• 1/4 C Cacao Powder

• 1/4 C Hemp Hearts, I like Bob’s Red Mill.

• 1 t vanilla extract

Scoop onto parchment paper with little cookie scoop.

Chill in fridge for one hour.

Combine:

• 1/4 C Cacao Powder

• 1/4 C Hemp Hearts,

• 1/4 t espresso powder

Roll nuttycreamcheese balls in powder.
Refrigerate.
