I incubate non-stop which means that every couple of days I am candling the 10th day eggs and pulling out the ones that are not developing. At first, I would throw them away, but that seemed very wasteful.

Now I crack them into my blender, add a little milk, scramble them up, chop them very fine and serve them to my antique kitty, to my ailing hens, and to my hatchlings.
